A large letter stamp is the minimum required for posting BVD samples.

Due to thickness of envelopes containing tissue tags, Royal Mail considers these all to be “large letters”. Please ensure that correct postage is paid to avoid delay or return of samples.Current minimum to post to a UK lab is 90p; this should be enough for up to 10 tags.

• Samples should be placed in a sealable bag provided by your tag supplier within a sturdy envelope.  

• Please ensure they are packed flat, rather than bulked up within the envelope.  For larger numbers or if you have any doubt of postage, take your package to a Post Office to ensure the correct postage is paid.

• Please write your name, address and herd number on the envelope.  Royal Mail may return or dispose of underpaid envelopes.
